My favorite race from the Elder Scrolls Universe would probably be the Argonians. The just look so… weird, and their resistance to poison and waterbreathing are quite useful.

I like the Bretons because of the magic resistance. There are some magic creatures very powerful and that resistance gives me the handicap I need to face them.
My favorite race is the Argonian. Just because they were enslaved in the past doesn’t mean they can’t kick some ass now :P They can breathe underwater, are immune to poison, etc. They look like little cute dinosaurs haha

I like the Wood Elves because of their affinity for hunting (my favorite thing to do in these games).
Imperial, definitely. The voice of Emperor saved my life many times and the looks of the Imperial men and women are simple the best.

I was going to get it for consoles, but I decided not to due to mods this would be awesome to win. it is all about breton it is all about magic.

My character in Oblivion was a big, sturdy, female Nord. I like the bonuses to attack, and they are more agile than an Orc or something else. Breton!
The ability to cast spell is cool. And I think they have rather high magic resistance in Skyrim if I am not wrong.
I love the Kajiit becuase A. I love cats and B. They make great theives and thats usually my playstyle.
Well I would probably be a Dark Elf because that was what I was in Oblivion. Also they’re pretty balanced being ok with swords, bows and destruction magic. So they’re all around good.

Personally I’m a fan of Argonians. The ability to breathe underwater and resist poison is probably the most useful of all class abilities. The stats are easy enough to min-max for the race, so those abilities are just things I don’t need to enchant onto armor later on.
I’m playing as Argonian too. Lizards ftw.
Dark Elf’s my favorite race. Besides having a cool look, their affinity for swords, bows, and destruction magic is definitely a plus.

Dark Elf – mainly because of the history surrounding them [explored deeply in the Morrowind game]. They have a very interesting past and their struggles with the Imperials sort of mirror [or shadow] the struggle the Nords are having in Skyrim.

I like the Argonians because they remind me of Star Wars, Doctor Who, and a lot of other sci-fi shows, so it’s cool that they’ve got such a different race for a medieval game.

Argonian’s cause it’ll be the closest I can get as playing as a dragon. They also breathe under water and that’s cool.

As a tall, blond, blue-eyed Anglo-Saxon, I almost picked Nords, but I’m gonna go with Bretons.
I try not to pick race based on attributes as much as some – class specialization helps with that. Bretons look so cool (and yeah the magic with no real weakness is pretty great too). I also think it’s funny that they are witty and chill Frenchmen.

I forgot to mention my favorite race in the Elder Scrolls universe is the Bosmer, I have just always like that race for some reason.
An Argonian thief/assassin or battle mage are two of my favorite character builds for TES games. How can you not want to be a lizard-man with razor sharp teeth who is immune to poisons and can breathe underwater? It’ll be the first character I play as when I eventually get my hands on Skyrim.

May sound lame, but I always liked the cat race, the Khajiit. I love cats as a pet, so I guess that translates over into the Elder Scrolls world.

Favorite race, eh? Well that would be the Argonians for me. Lizard people always seem so cool to me.
Dark Elf. I like how they’re good with pretty much anything, which is good because I can just play with whatever weapon I feel like playing at the moment. They also look pretty cool, and have an interesting story.
My favorite race is the high elves. They were more aesthetically appealing than the other races. I did consider making a Nord though.

I’ve never really been a fan of the non-human races when it comes to medieval fantasy, so the Nord has become a favorite ever since Morrowind. Love the warrior perks and the Scandinavian reference.
Ever since Morrowind I have always chosen to be a breton. The whole dragonkin always fascinated me and the magic that goes with it.

The Kajiit are the best race in Skyrim, IMO, because they are just so odd looking, and they look like they’d make great assassins, what with them being able to see at night.

Wood Elf. A few races can be good archers, but I feel that if you’re really getting into the role-playing, this race is best suited for a bow.

Dark elf. Cause they look cool. When it comes down to it, looking cool is the way to go.
I would personally have to say Nords. The reason being is they are like the vikings of the elder scrolls universe. They are very inelegant and the females are very pretty. Also very good with blunt weapons such as axes and other blunt objects. Not to mention them living in Skyrim it gives them an automatic resistance to cold meaning frost spells will not affect them as much. By all means I could go on and on and on but I don’t have much time. I would looove a copy though. I have watched a 7 part video of game play each vid containing about 45 mins f game play. I am oobsessed with this game. Even my band is named after a telvaini in Morrowind Savrar Uvirith. Are lyrical content is based off everything I have ever done in any of the elder scrolls games

I have always liked the dark elf. They are a quick race and nicely rounded. Plus i always enjoy the sinister look because you can be good for only so long.

Dark Elf- Best for multiplying skill sets, Stealthy with bow and arrow, always hits lots of damage and i can use a sword with destruction magic, so fun:D
