It’s always a thrill to get that email that says you’ve been accepted into a game beta. So it’s like Christmas morning when you log into your email and see that invitation to a beta you signed up for two years ago and have been waiting for ever since.
Many Star Wars: The Old Republic fans got to experience this feeling as they opened their email to find this message: “Your account has been selected to participate in the Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Game Testing Program. You have been invited to test between the dates of September 2nd through September 5th.”
They actually added an option to “Decline Invite”. Like anyone would think of hitting that disgraceful button.

OF COURSE, no details about this testing program can be given at all, or it will violate some serious user agreements. So if you had decided to sign up for a SWTOR beta, check your email to see if you were one of these lucky bastards. If not, well keep waiting because I’m sure there will be plenty more opportunities. I know I will since I wasn’t lucky enough to be accepted.
